   Hypnotherapy

What is Hypnosis

Hypnotherapy is a highly effective way to make positive, lasting changes to your life.

Old unwanted patterns of behaviour, such as smoking, obesity, addiction or  phobias, can be removed and replaced with new, positive behaviours implemented - often within a short time.

Many health issues such as: stress, migraine, insomnia, depression, IBS, skin conditions, chronic pain etc can all be treated with Hypnotherapy.

Changing the way you think

Our Conscious and Unconscious mind directs our lives, providing the framework for emotional responses, actions and beaviour.

Most of us understand that by changng the way we think we can change how we behave in day to day life. These changes, however, can be difficult or impossible to make.

Hypnotherapy gives you the ability to make the changes you want in a relaxed, non-threatening and safe environment.

How Hypnosis works

Hypnosis is a natural state in which your critical mind becomes calm and your imaginative mind absorbed into the Hypnosis. When the Conscious and Subconscious mind are aligned you become open to positive suggestions.

This is a simple but extraordinarily powerful state that allows you to change behaviour, beliefs or emotions. Some people compare it to opening up the Control Panel of the mind and body.

Do I lose control under hypnosis?

You will remain aware during the process and will be able to hear and respond to what is happening.
