How effective is CBT & Hypnotherapy
The NHS recommends CBT as its primary psycho-therapy . NICE (The National Institute for Clinical Excellence) recommends CBT for the treatment of most depression and anxiety.
CBT has been shown to bring clear and lasting results in a relatively short period of time.
Hypnotherapy is an effective tool to bring rapid and lasting change. Many problems such as smoking or phobias are conquered in one or two sessions.
What can I expect in therapy?
You will be treated with understanding and sensitivity.
Some sessions are audio recorded. You are under no obligation to continue after the first session.
How will I know if therapy is right for me In your initial consultation, we will identify your problems clearly and the effect they are having on your daily life. From there, we will agree a treatment and recovery plan, outlining what it entails and how it can benefit you. You can then choose whether to continue.
